I live a low energy life always, with severe fatigue and brain fog. Yet, I've been able to immerse myself in the languages of my choice, by repeatedly watching the same series/movie, until I almost know it by heart. This is my "lazy" way of acquiring a new language, as I don't have the capacity to study in the traditional sense.

It got a bit pricy... so now I have been sucked into the Apple eco system.... 😂

I used to have a tutor who was looking at her phone and replying messages while I was reading . She also last minute changed session timing. It was annoying . The most annoying one was a tutor who said she couldn’t continue because she had some difficulties etc but I know it wasn’t true. I believe she didn’t want to teach me step by step and was expecting someone who was already conversational in that language . Later I found out she has an Instagram page . She probably was more invested in making videos on Instagram.

I learned some Turkish to surprise my friend for his birthday (and I'm still learning four months later). I think I told him "happy New Year" not "happy birthday" because I believed Google Translate, but I still don't know 😂😂 oh well, he still appreciated the fact that I tried 😅

I've had a break of studying languages for a while and didn't feel like doing much, but still feel guilty for it. Thank you for this video! This motivates me to start my study plan to slowly getting back to it!

Hi Lindie, how do you keep all languages organized in your brain? I'm learning my 4th language and it gets so messy. On a daily base, i use the other 3 (my mother tongue, English at work, and the language of the country i live in) The new language is close to my mother tongue. Do you have any tips and advice on this?
